I was having difficulty making an online order and through the chat service I was able to get this resolved and receive the services I needed. When I was arrived at the service location, Beth, the manager was able to pull my order up on the computer and everything went smoothly.

Quick, easy, and friendly. Had an appointment time set and was in and out exactly as promised.

I was very with all aspects of my service.

"My regular shop told me in April I needed new brakes all around. I went to NTB for a 2nd opinion. Lynn had the Techs pull my wheels. She brought me into the shop and showed me my actual pad thickness and roto wear. Having all the information I decided to wait. Lynn said fine, no pressure. I heard some grinding in my breaks this week (Nov) and called NTB. They updated pricing over the phone and I scheduled an appointment for first thing in the morning. I dropped off my car in the evening and got a call at 10:30 AM that the work was done. I picked up my car at Noon. Everything was done including filling out of the rebate and warranty forms and a curtesy check of my tires. Great experience. NTB is now my regular shop."

Schedule a flat repair. During check in Tony found a nail in a non repairable spot in one of the other tires. He also expanded why both tires needed to be replaced. The tires were in stock and for a great price. Never thought that I would be this happy with an unexpected purchase of two tires.
