Ease of scheduling. Quick service. Didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Sales tech even found a coupon to give me a discount.

The staff was real friendly and only performed work that I ask for.

Beth greeted me like I was the most important person on earth. Listened to why I was there. Was super friendly and positive. I was there for a flat repair. She personally checked the problem tire, found the cause of the flat, and got me in asap for the repair. And, since I bought the tires there earlier, there was no charge. Plus I got to enjoy the lounge and good coffee while I waited. Then I told her of a tire change challenge I had while in Oklahoma, in the boondocks, at night. She then explained how to deal with the challenge in the future. Actually, when we talked, I remembered that I had called Beth from Oklahoma and had gotten her advice while I was there. Awesome lady! Then I asked if she would be kind enough to have shop people use torque wrench on the nuts for the tire I changed in Oklahoma. When Mark brought my car to me, I asked if he checked the torque on the tire I changed. Turns out, he checked the torque on all of them. Doesn't get any better than this. Love this place and the people. Am sorry I had not been coming here years earlier. This is my first set of tires here. Very positive experience!!!! Love it.

The gentleman that assisted me, customer service skills were poorly displayed. I believe that he disconnected my hood sensor because I refused to have mismatched tires on my vehicle that I had to ride on the spare tire for a whole week. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere

When alignment was performed, was not told the rack was full of fluid and should be replaced. I ask why I was not told and service manager told me the rack and pinion steering is not part of an alignment, therefore did not even touch it??? I was told I needed new rotors, pads and calipers. I took the vehicle to DOBBS and were told the calipers were good; did not need to be replaced. Saved some money.
