Service people (two) were both friendly and answered my questions. I got an alignment and had 4 tires mounted and balanced that I had bought through Tirerack and brought in with me. I just drove home, so far so good.

The staff at NTB Plymouth were friendly and knowledgeable. The building was clean in the waiting area comfortable. The staff was very good about informing me of the expected turnaround time and beat their estimated time. I am very likely to return to NTB Plymouth for future oil changes on my vehicle.

All associates are extremely knowledgeable about products and services. Outside of my scheduled maintenance if another issue comes up the staff explains what is wrong in a way I can understand which is great because I don’t know much about car parts.
