Other than not being able to use prepaid $75 card to pay for this oil change. Ive been waiting on this card since June 20 when I had a $2,000 repair done at NTB and since I never received my prepaid card in the mail I wanted to use it on this past oil change service and still couldnt redeem my card at the store!

The associates were kind and considerate and didn’t offer too much “you should think about x soon”/ no pressure sales
