Didnt go to merchants tire and auto. Went to NTB

The customer service was beyond reproach. Me Henry Ernst the manager took time to assist and be helpful. He was so helpful, professional, and informative. I appreciated his time and professionalism. I would diffinitly return. He not only sliced my problems but recommended other helpful points. I want to thank Mr Ernst , he made a return customer out of me and my friends I tell Abt this store and the service I got.

The lady at the desk was super helpful and very understanding. Their Covid restrictions were solid and you were very much able to distance yourself. 15/10 service.

The customer service everyone was friendly. I don’t have to wait long for my oil change. The price was affordable for my budget. Location was close to my home. The waiting area was clean and comfortable.

My car was taken to the service area close to the appointment time and completed within an hour. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly.

The sales associate, Marion Brown Jr., was very helpful and ensured smooth service process. Has experience with NTB in Jacksonville, NC and Newport News, Va.

The technician and service rep were fantastic, I had just gotten and oil change at a different place May 30th. I asked them if they could reset the oil change light because they never did it at the fire stone upon them inspecting my oil they found there was no oil in it. The service rep was super kind. He had me take a picture of where the oil was currently at have me call the fire stone so that way I can get the issue resolved with them tomorrow morning and he even advocated for you guys. Oil changes with her seem to be much more affordable.
