When you come in for inspection of any kind in your vehicle, you re up front knowing that as a business you will likely receive quotes for things you do not necessarily need. However, my experience here at NTB has been great because I have received knowledgeable and honest advice. I came in to check on my brakes as I was told my rear pads needed urgent replacing. But after the inspection was done, I was told I still had some life left on them and was pointed to other areas of interest to attend to down the road. I appreciated the honesty and will definitely be coming back when i need reliable service close to home.
