Excellent service.

We were stuck while driving home a long distance. NTB was the only place open on a Sunday and we are so grateful they were. The service they performed on my car has it running better than it ever has. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Walked in with a nail in a tire, told it would be an hour & a half to plug. Took about 30 mins & was communicate with options if plug didn’t hold. Great customer service & helpful!

My state inspection was about 5 weeks past due. The only issue was the location was having trouble getting recertified. For me that was a 5 week headache, but since this location treats me well, I held tight. I had a 2 pm appointment, but dropped it off in the morning. At 2 pm, I got a call they had worked it into rotation early, and it was done. The staff saved the day, when the company and/or state was giving them issues on getting back to inspecting vehicles. Good job staff. The employees make or break it, and they made it, again.

Charging port cap not installed after recharging the refrigerant. Luckily I found it and return it back.

WE HAVE BEEN TAKING OUR VEHICLES TO NTB FOR SEVERAL YEARS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND EFFICIENT. JESSE PARKS THE MANAGER HAS ALWAYS BEEN FORTHRIGHT AND PROFESSIONAL.I HAVE WATCHED HIM IN SOME EMOTIONAL SITUATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS AND HE HAS ALWAYS RESPONDED WITH UTMOST CARE. HIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS TOP NOTCH.

I went for a front alignment. They got me right in and did the alignment. I left and went back to work noticing that it was still pulling to the right and figured Id stop back later. I went back the next day and they took in it and informed me I needed upper and lower control arms on both sides. Why was I given a wheel alignment when It CLEARLY needed other work?!! Now I dont trust them because it was pretty obvious it needed work.

Ease of online booking. Easy drop off and call once completed.
