Denine the service manager was exceptionally courteous and helpful.

Were relatively prompt. Took care of tires fine. They said tires needed substantial balancing, and now car rides fine. Haven't checked the pressure or the lug nuts, but assume will all be correct.

Called in with a tire problem and Jordan took the call. Even though they were crowded he managed to get us in if we could get there soon. We left immediately and he was very thorough explaining what they could do, we also had to come back with a problem and he was even waiting in the parking lot for us. We had to wait awhile for that fix but he warned us about that. He promptly took care of it. Very pleased with him and this location.
