Great people!! Steve, the mgr. is involved just enough to do his job. Any more involvement on his part would be overkill. Denine is more involved than Steve, and that's great ... I like it!!!!

The tire work went well and since I had a road hazard warranty and this NTB was able to obtain the same model as a replacement, I went there and are likely to choose NTB for future tires. However, my next service will be for brake service, for which NTB estimated the cost to be $650-$700, when a garage close to me that I have had excellent experience with gave an estimate for the same brake service of $400. As a result, the local garage is where I will go for my next service

The gentleman was rude. I had a nail in a tire that was less then used, I normally drive 1 mile to work and 1 mile home so no wear on my tires that are less then a year old. COULDNT be fixed so cost me another $115.

Very polite and professional

Took almost 3 hours after they took my truck for new tires and alignment. Had to return because the camber was not set correctly. Brought my work truck in for a set of tires, over 2 hours for tires alone. Im sorry but when I was a teenager in trade school, I could change and balance a set of tires in under an hour... with old equipment.
