Rotated the michilen tires for second time.

Great service and great employees

They replaced my tires within the time they said it would take.

Made my appointment in the morning and NTB was able to service my vehicle a bit later. The associates were friendly and professional. The price for the service was also good.

Battery died and was under warranty cost $0 so great!

Anthony was patient with explanation of tire options for my car and helped guide me through the best option for my needs. NTB team performed well within the promised time frame and reminded me of what the package included, when I paid. It's refreshing to know that real customer service still exists. Kudos to Anthony and his team!

The tow truck driver told me that my Honda CRV battery was acting funny, and that it would probably need jump started every time I turned off the car, so I should leave it running! NTB helped me out by getting the car back for immediate service to replace the battery. I also needed to be at work in 4 hours, and NTB made sure I had no trouble getting to work on time. THANK YOU! The man who waited on us was so kind and friendly.
