I am highly satisfied with the ease of appointment, the prompt service, and the friendliness of front check in. There is a comfortable waiting area. I have had ny vehicle serviced at NTB in Lower Burrell for yrs. I am always accomodated even in emergency situations, ie dead battery, low pressure in tires. I would like to give a shout out to Frank at the front desk. Always treats me good. I have alot of trust in the mechanic that works there.
