NTB-National Tire & Battery

I had some tires sent to them directly from tire rack, to be mounted and balanced on my car. The tires arrived the next day and I received a call from the manager letting me know they had arrived and to schedule an appointment. By the way, the manager, Lance Lansdowne, is extremely courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. They did a great job on the tires, and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely used them again. One last item: it may sound like I have some affiliation with NTB due to this positive review. I don't. It's just very pleasant to deal with a place that does such a great job.

Your system doesn't see to allow a score lower than Fair.The NTB website states you can wait in your car while new tires are installed. The location I used, Catonsville MD. flatly refused to let me do that. At almost 68 years old, choosing that type of service was important. Also, 2 weeks after the 4 tires were installed, one of them started going flat. I went back, it was a leaking valve. I will not go back there again. Unless, of course, more tires go flat.

Staff was courteous and friendly. The service was a good value for the money. The time to wait for service was extremely great. Got right on it for my appointment. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the station: My Wife and Kids was on and laughed the entire time.

Brand new caliper failed and I had to purchase a new one
