The people at Tire Kingdom did an outstanding job in a timely manner

It is not often I take time from my business to write reviews, but in the case of Tire Kingdom at 4772 Tamiami Trail north, Naples FL 34103, the effort is warranted. Jarod Lee and associate went out of their to help me when I fainted. Yep! Stupid! Smack! fell and hit my head on the floor. So embarrassing. Despite my counter insisting, Jarod called EMS and my husband who cam to fetch me. I picked up my car the next day. Please know that you have excellent staff at this location. Many thanks to Jarod. Very good and professional service

Jarod Lee took the time to show me the wear on my tires. He clearly explained the types of tires, including what he had in stock vs the time wait time for the same brand that was originally on my vehicle. He also showed me the cost difference. I immediately felt comfortable with Jarod’s knowledge of tires and our local road conditions. Jarod explained that in purchasing the tires with the hazard coverage, I am more protected. He was very friendly and personable.

These guys always do right by me. I'd love it if they were a little less expensive, but they always seem to get me in and out in a reasonable time frame, instead of having to leave the car for the day until somebody can get around to it.

I was greeted promptly and was taken immediately as per my appointment . It took approximately an hour and was surprised how quick it took. I will be returning here again Jerod abd his helper were very courteous

I contacted two other Tire Kingdoms in my area, the first had no availability until Thursday (which is normal and not a problem), the second just put me on hold and the person on the line sounded like they were gonna not be able to help me anyways so I hung up and decided to try my luck at the furthest store from my house that's still in Naples. The manager who answered the phone (Jarod Lee) had a really good phone attitude and I knew he would be able to help. Jarod and I spoke about the fact that the tire on my rear passenger side had a minor leak and a nail in it. Well he told me he could squeeze me in today due to me having work for the next two days straight. I explained I was a first responder and I'd have to drive the car to work 48 hours straight. I brought the car and on top of the huge favor he was already doing, I told him about an issue with the last balancing I got two weeks ago from a different location. He told me he would fix all of it today, to which he did. He fixed everything super quick and had a really good attitude. He also looked super busy so he definitely deserves some praise and whatever else you can throw at him. Don't make his good deed go unnoticed!
