Tony knew exactly what he was doing and helped me when I accidentally ordered the wrong size tire for my car. They were very friendly and helpful.

Saturday I had unexpected repairs and when I went in Fawn greeted me with sincere concern for my issue and made sure they fitted me into their already busy day. Antonio was very nice and kept me informed of the repair, cost and pickup time. He also tried to help with another part I needed on my car. They do not treat you like a number. This is not the first time I have had to have immediate help with my car at this location I highly recommend them and I truly appreciate the service I’m given.

I called and spoke with a very nice individual and he explained that I had road hazard on my tires and to bring it in. When I arrived he promptly took my paperwork that he printed and had a tech take my car and get started on it. I went to lunch and when I got back, my car was done. I was completely satisfied with the office in Strongsville, OH!!!!

Everyone was very friendly and willing to take the time to explain the products and the service being performed.

The price on the General Altimax's was the best around town and the total price with all the trimmings was only $100 more than I spent on my '10 Camry back in '15 (Sears), plus I got the 5-yr alignment this time vs an 18-month one back then. Hayes took good care of me and the car was done on time. This car will go to my daughter in FL in 2 years and the warranty and services are all transferable.

Devyn was always kind and excellent in squeezing me in to diagnose a problem. He and Tony are always efficient, honest, and a pleasure to deal with.

Fantastic experience today! I noticed one of my rear tires was low, and immediately called my local NTB. I explained the problem, and the gentleman I was speaking with told me to come right on in. Not only did they fix my tire, but also noticed I was due for an alignment and took care of that too! Thank you NTB!!
