I love this location of National Tire and Battery. They are always flexible and do a good job. I noticed their prices went up a bit but that is everywhere.

It took a long time to schedule, find the tires I needed and then check out. Scheduling and finding tires took 45 minutes and just to come back and pay took 25 minutes. It was not an employee's fault but a software problem that makes it very confusing and finicky to find tires when they are not a vehicle. Our trouble was with a dump trailer tire which is in auxiliary on the computer and she could not find it and cannot take off that there was no balancing done as it is a trailer tire and they do not balance trailer tires. I look forward to coming back for my other trucks and other trailer tires. I just sure hope it does not take so long to schedule, find tires and especially pay next time and that management and upper level can fix the computer trickiness. Other than the long wait and being told they would take a couple hours and it taking 4 hours I am happy and the tires and price were great. Especially the checkout lady she was very friendly.

Walked in without appointment for an alignment. Booked me in right away and job was completed in less than an hour.

When we called in Tony answered the phone and was fantastic right off the bat! He was super friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and very accommodating with our situation! When we arrived at the store we received a very friendly and warm welcome from both Tony and Devyn, and they were all set to help us right away! They took such great care of us and had us on our way in no time! They were very knowledgeable about all our questions and had very good advise for now and future issues and products! Couldn't have asked for two better associates! They are the reason we will be coming to this location from now on! We have had good service at the other ntb location, but because of Tony and Devyn, Strongsville location will be our go to favorite now to work with Tony and Devyn! We can't say enough thank yous for all their help today and look forward to working with them again next time!
