The shop was short staffed on Memorial Day but took car of my car in a reasonable time.

Lori make me feel at ease during this most stressful time. She was able to locate and order the exact tire we needed which in itself was amazing because no one in the area had anything that would even fit. She quoted a time that the tire would be in and promised me it would be put on immediately. During an emergency this is the type customer service person I want to deal with. Thanks Lori.

The store schedule was already full for the day, as well as for several days forward. The store manager, Ken Reick, said he would find a way to work my repair into the schedule. My repair was a tire leaking air, that was still under warranty, and would not be generating a cash sale for today. Ken got my tire repaired very quickly and was extremely courteous and nice

Woodson is very professional and honest in repair work.

Had an oil change and tire rotation appointment for mid afternoon, dropped the car off early morning, and got work completed before appointment time got there.
