It was very refreshing to to interact with George this evening, he is very genuine and listens. He is a rare gem, it is so difficult to find people in the service industry these days to be kind.

The oil was changed in less than an hour, with tires rotated.

I called the afternoon before to set an appointment for Sunday morning at 11am, but when I arrived at 11am I was told I didn't have an appointment on the books. The rep. Datonice Woodfork, said she could get me in but it would take an hour and a half. It was an inconvenience, but she resolved the problem. Great customer service!

I went in a little after 6:00 p.m. for a slow tire leak. I needed it fix so I could get to work on time the next morning. George was courteous and professional. George explained the process to me and the pricing was great. Brandon the mechanic was quick and efficient. I really do appreciate them taking the time to help me because I know they were closing soon. I went to a shop close near them before I went here, and the other shop couldn't help me. If you need a quick fix for your tire, this should be your go to shop. I will definitely try their other services.
