I brought the vehicle to this location as I have had my car serviced there many times in the past. It is under new management now and I feel the store runs more smoothly as it seemed to have more staff and front desk associates. I was able to make an appointment with ease and the car was taken as soon as I walked in. I knew there was a problem with my front rotors because they should have been serviced months ago, however they did a full inspection of the car and found several other major issues connected to the wheels, alignment system, brakes, etc. The price wound up being a couple thousand more than I intended on spending but they gave me a huge discount on labor and parts which was very thoughtful and generous. I could not argue the diagnosis as the car had almost 130K miles and still had the original undercarriage system in place. I have to travel out of state so I appreciated their attention to detail so I may have the safest vehicle on the road again. The service took less than one day as well, which was amazing; the fastest service turnaround I have had at this location ever!
