I am a customer for 5 years.

Made an appointment for a slow leak in a tire. Arrived on time. Tech took my vehicle in shop within a few minutes and within 45 minutes I was on my way. Culprit was a nail in the tire. Folks were very courteous and helpful. A pleasant experience. I will return for my tire work or purchase. This is the third time I have used this shop and I have always been very satisfied.

Everything went completely smooth and effortless. They had me in and out within an hour. Only place I go for my vehicles maintenance.

I value the opportunity to schedule an appointment online. My car was taken in for the requested service right on time. The clerk was cordial and explained the options available very clearly, and most importantly, without putting any pressure on me to get additional work done. I really valued his describing other options as "recommended but not required." It demonstrated to me a sincere interest in informing me what additional work will be required in the near future. This approach will pretty much ensure I will return for future work at NTB.
