Had a dead battery. Mechanics immediately came over when I pulled up and told me best place to park knowing it would not start again. Even though I did not have an appointment, took my car while I waited. Very courteous, helpful, answered all my questions. Will definitely come back again for other services. "The customer service was awesome at this location. However, at the 13980 Jefferson Davis Hwy Woodbridge Va. 703-494-7166 location was a complete scam. I had a appointment with a week earlier. And they refused to use the oil I always get. They were trying to force the most expensive oil (synthetic oil) on me. So I simply left. I refuse to get taken advantage of."
