Making the appointment was easy, check-in was fast and the service was completed in the alloted time.

The associate I worked with at the front desk was friendly, helpful, and responsive regarding recommended repairs and when the car was ready. I was not satisfied with scheduling my appointment on the NTB website. It took several tries of the website crashing, undergoing maintenance error, and other technical issues. I would not use the website unless it was for applying coupons on web only.

it took less time to complete the tire installation. JD was very congenial and was conversant and explained everything. I was very surprised as to how fast they took care of my JEEP renegade. Really good timing. I have never experienced that before. I had gone to the JEEP dealership in Springfield and ran into problems. so I took the car to NTB and am highly impressed.
