Everything with the service was prompt and the attending manager explained what the service tech found regarding rear brakes; however, there was NEVER any pressure to perform additional services (like your competitor).

I needed same day service to replace my daughter's front brake pads and rotors because she had to drive back to Columbus the next day and NTB was the only company that said they could do this the same day. The Sales Associate Steve Yates said that if I could leave the car that they would have it done before closing. Work was completed and I got the car back with time to spare. Thanks NTB.
