The associates were very courtesy and explained very clearly what i would get with the tires I purchased. Even though they were tires I did not originally ordered because the ones I wanted were no longer available but I'm very happy with the ones that were recommended have no complaints about them. Enjoyed my ride home from the shop great ride thanks for the service.

To start, Spoke with Bob on the phone and he set up my appointment. He was extremely helpful and professional. He took the time to explain information to me. Upon drop off I spoke with Jake the manager and he was equally helpful and professional. Helped me find a good tire for my car with the best price possible. NTB should be extremely happy to have two employees with this this type of customer service skills.
