Forgot the representative’s name but he was extremely informative and nice. He explained everything and helped me make a decision on which purchase would benefit me in the long run. I’ve never had an issue here and have been coming for years. I trust their judgment and professionalism.

Bob behind the counter was absolutely phenomenal. He was so kind, informative, explained what my car needed thoroughly, had such a wonderful bedside manner. The best guy to have up front. NTB always does fantastic work on my cars, speedy service, in and out. My Nissan is much happier with new tires and doing business with Bob was a pleasure.

I looked tired up on line before I arrived. Tires had to be ordered but were there the same day. Install time was worked to my schedule. Associates very friendly and the service was fast!

Excellent customer service

Robert (Bob) Stephens took care of me from start to finish in a highly professional and friendly manner. The prices and deals brought me in the door to maybe get new tires but Bob and his help sold me on the tires. I wish more service advisors and front desk personnel at auto shops were like him! He provided great service and with the techs help they had me in and out in just over an hour with 4 new tires at a good price. I think this has been my best experience to date purchasing tires.
