The NTB Personnel “Bob” was simply AWESOME…he was very helpful, patient and thorough with me explaining everything in detailed. He made sure that I totally understood everything before I committed to the service, I really appreciated that thoughtfulness.

Service was great, as I understand the tires purchased are produced by Cooper specifically for NTB and affiliate stores, so I expect the same reliability as previous Cooper tires I have owned....no snow or rain yet to see actual performance...

This NTB location is great. The associates helped me out earlier this year with a serious and dangerous tie rod issue they found when putting on new tires for me. They all went above an beyond to fix my car and make it safe to drive. Another service center had done some work on my car a few months earlier and did not mention/find the tie rod issue when I presented my car for front end shaking. NTB reached out to that service center and verified that they had done service and missed the issue. Needless to say I did not return to that service center and quite frankly, I do not want any other service center to touch my car now. I had my routine check done today and again the entire staff was great.

The staff was transparent and honest about the repair needs of my vehicle. Wyatte serviced the vehicle swiftly and effectively. Everything that was done was explained to me clearly. The entire staff was incredibly friendly.
