This TK shop did a nice job from my initially tire inquiry through time I left the shop with new tire.

Richard Soviero was very efficient in checking the tire I have concerned with and showed me where the nail is. I don't have to wait for a technician to check it out. He also mentioned I needed new tires which I was told by the dealership at my last service that I would have to replace my tires at the next service, and that's before I have driven to Atlanta. So I have no issue in Richard's recommendation. He provided me options and although I don't have any appointment and that I am leaving town the next morning to drive to Pensacola, he was able to complete the installation of four new tires within the same day despite I dropped off at mid-day.
