Quality Inn & Suites Universal Studios area

We stayed here for a week for vacation. Everything was great. The employees were nice and respectful. Our room was always spotless. Breakfast was what was to be expected aka fine for hotel food. But we did have a problem with a third party contractor that was supposed to shuttle us to the parks. It was a small add on to what we had already wanted from the hotel but we were excited to not have to drive and park our cars at the parks. However we later found out that the bus only picked up and dropped off one time every day. We decided we were OK with that until the bus driver was 20 minutes late and then did not have enough room for all of the people that wanted to ride. So he said it would be another 10 minutes until another bus could come. We gave up after that point and just ended up driving ourselves to the parks every day. Just a small thing but it seems like the contractors should be evaluated more carefully.

It was the only hotel available that's close to universal studios. It was over price for the condition of the hotel. Very old and has not been updated.
