It was great! Merchant Tires in Woodfield is by far the best autoshop Ive been in. The service and the work they did was awesome. Theyre not cheap, but theyre honest. They wont try to rip you off, but they wont bargain either. The costumer service is like no other! The crew works very hard and take pride in what they do. Ive been looking for a go to autoshop for my car related issues and i think i just found it. Very good quality work and service.... what more can you ask for?

George was fantastic. Tge problem that I experienced per your survey is that my wheel lock lug was damaged. George helped me through the options to resolve it, cut the old locks off and put on the new ones I picked up. Sounds simple enough but I’m not a car guy so it may as well been surgery. He made the small issue easy to handle.

The front desk (Jorge) was very helpful in the drop-off, notification when the job was finished, and close-out/payment phase. The service mechanic (Neil Affalo) is an exceptional professional and has serviced my 2010 Genesis (my baby) for many years. I am a very satisfied customer --
