I spoke with Jennifer over the phone before I arrived & she was extremely knowledgeable & very patient with all of the questions I asked. Alex checked me in when I got there & he was very pleasant & helped me with additional questions I asked upon arriving, KC is the technician who serviced my car & he did an excellent job & had me out within an hour. He also answered additional questions I asked. The staff at this location are all professional, extremely patient/friendly, very knowledgeable & more importantly they take the time to answer all of your questions to make sure you are aware of everything that is going on with your vehicle and all of the options that are available to you. Excellent staff at this location.
