Earlier in the week, I went to another NTB location for a tire rotation and balance. They found a screw in my one tire that required replacement. They said they balanced the tires, but they were not balanced correctly. When I came back to that location for the replacement tire installation, they re-balanced the tires again. Again, they were not balanced correctly, so I came to this NTB location (#7390). I was warmly welcomed by Jennifer Stanley and she understood my problem and slight frustration. I had an appointment and they immediately pulled in my car and began work (as they should because of making an appointment). In 1 hour, the car work was done and during that time, Jennifer kept me updated. They checked the alignment and did find that the tires were not properly balanced. They rebalanced the tires and my problem was resolved. I would like to recognize the technician (#32032015) as well, because he did great work and was able to do the job correctly. I cannot express how different an experience this was at this location compared to another NTB location nearby that I normally go to. From now on, I will be going to this NTB location.

Had a leaking tire, NTB repaired the tire and returned the vehicle to me within 30 minutes of checking in. And there was no cost!

The entire process was pleasantly easily and highly professional. Service began immediately upon our arrival and the work was completed in the time stated. The environment was friendly and welcoming. The entire process was a great experience. Thanks!!!!

I needed service on my company car and wanted to see if the NTB near em and see if they had undergone any changes. I had not returned in two years after the problem, and rude, hateful comments from the then manager, Steve. You have a great, all female management in there now and I want to give them a second chance. They were great! Lets see how it goes.

It was convenient to walk in and make my appointment so I did. Service was prompt and friendly and I understood everything. Returned today, and I felt like I was the focus during the time. The rep was really personable, professional, and efficient. I honestly was surprised at the speed of service. It exceeded expectation in every respect for this experience, and I already had high expectations for this location.

The communication is detailed, concise and informative. The accuracy of duration of service, and ease if being able to be seen and checked out. Friendly team and I never feel like I'm being swindled.
