Excellent service.

The 2 employees who greeted me were kind and understanding of my problem( newly found leaking tire). Even though they were busy they fit me in. Everything was explained to me each step of the way wi re no surprises. The manager ( one of the 2 women who greeted me) showed me how to reset the tire sensor, something that no one else has been able to do! All of this was done with patience and kindness.

After having an issue with my car where the steering wheel was vibrating back and forth without me turning the wheel, I thought my wheel alignment might have an issue. I decided to go to NTB as they had taken care of my last tire change and I had been very impressed with their work and level of customer service. I booked my service online and was able to make a change due to a work commitment. Changing the appointment was as easy as it could be. The day of the appointment I unfortunately had an appointment an hour before my scheduled service appointment. The staff at NTB left me drop the car off so I could make the appointment. I was kept informed all along on the status of service and the clerk (whose name I cannot remember) even promised they would be available after the schedule closing time so i could pick up my car. What a great commitment to customer satisfaction!! My car is in perfect shape and after this experience, NTB is going to be at the top of my list for service for my car. I wish I could personally thank the team who worked on my car! I am so grateful!

Great service but a bit pricey, got charged 40 dollars for the service to change a light bulb, which i could do in 2 minutes without a problem, only paid it because I didnt want to be rejected on the inspection and then have to schedule again.

Our technician was very friendly and explained the issue to us and how it needed to be repaired.
