I recently bought a new car that I told the dealership was making an annoyingly long squeal when I braked (lightly) almost every time. I had an inspection the day I bought the vehicle but I only said "ok" even though I told the dealer about the squeal. The amazing receptionist here told me they can take a look at my brakes and she even took pictures and measured the brakes and the roters so I could give all the evidence to the State police and if the dealership tried to charge me for the repairs, a lawyer. The mechanic and receptionist were amazing. She even printed out a list of all my fluids since I was trying to figure some of them out. She let me know I would need to replace a brake pad within 7months, so now I can plan for that.

Change and balanced two new front tires. And balanced the rear tires. They were quick and professional.

The women that work the service desk at the Sturbridge Rd location were fantastic. One of them was Jennifer and I’m sorry but the name of the other woman escapes me. The work was done quickly- inventory availability and added time for getting what I wanted was clearly explained, the prices were clearly explained, there were no surprises and the work done was excellent. The only complaint I COULD lodge (which I won’t because it’s not the location’s or the employee’s fault) is that the tires I wanted were not available and would have taken excessive time to procure. Everything else was top notch.

Great service

Just an oil change this time, but theyve become our number 1 choice for service.

Painless. I didn't know how long it had been since the last oil change on my new to me used car, and then the tire pressure light came on (that was the feedback I was getting through the steering wheel.) The associate who answered the phone got me in immediately without an appointment and I was quickly on my way.

It was easy to schedule the appointment online. There were plenty of available times and locations. When I arrived, the associate was friendly and accommodating. It was really a nice experience.
