They are always professional. Take interest in knowing and fixing your problems and making sure it's right while doing it in a timely manner. The place is clean and comfortable with refreshments if you want them.

Alex was great fitting me in. He was very friendly, and explained all me options. But listening to him with others customers he treats everyone with respect. And my Tech, Hendrik, got it down quickly then talked to me one her was down telling me about my car and what good shape it was in. A truly great team.

They provide quick service but I went for an inspection and they claimed my headlights were misaligned and charged me $50 for it. That was a bit ridiculous

Ive been getting my cars serviced at Merchants and had an experience like this one. I was called and told need 2 tire repairs and 1 replacement in the rear, so I replaced both rear tires so I thought. When I received my tires they were on the front not rear. I went back to get clarification and he was very rude and nonchalant with me. If they told me the correct tires that needed replacement then I wouldve just replaced all 4 tires regardless. Worst experience ever

Alex the store manager customer service was amazing. I didn't feel like I was being sold something he just had a conversation with me. I needed tires only wanted tires but he explained that if I wanted these tires to last longer here is some suggested work. He didn't hide that it was a sale and was honest that it wasn't necessarily needed. We talked and I trusted he wasn't just looking for money. I'm a former tech n service writer and he impressed me

Went in for a program alignment, seems to have been performed. However, my tires were not rotated and balanced per my request and signed work order, even after confirming work had been completed multiple times prior to pickup with on-site staff.
