Checked in right away. Discussed needed services. Vehicle was taken into service bay almost immediately. Total time for the services rendered was very short. Overall satisfaction with the quality of the work done, and the purchases I made is very good.

Appointment easily made online. Arrived 10 minutes early and withing 15 minutes car was on the lift. Oil change and switch out mounted winter tires for the all season tires on the car. Would like to point out that both sets of tires were purchased at NTB, they had the best price for what I wanted. Entire service was done in 35 minutes. Friendly staff. Will be back again as usual.

Price in store was much higher than online booking price ($59 online, $84 in store.) Spoke to Wayne about it and he helped me get the cost down with a $15 discount to $68. He was extremely nice and helpful.

It was easy to schedule an appointment. The shop was ready to find & get to. I was greeted & checked in with friendly conversation. The shop was very clean & it was a comfortable wait for my suv. Service was faster than expected & overall extremely pleased with my visit.

My daughter is there in Maryland for an intern program thru college and this shop has been a life saver for her little Bettle. They have been honest with the repairs and for the safety of her for her long trips back and forth.
