Friendly and knowledgeable techs, fast service, nice waiting area and I felt secure in getting quality service on my vehicle.

Mike provided exceptional customer service. Went for a tire change and alignment and I was out of the door at the time I was promised. I have been to NTB Short Pump location before but overall this time when Mike was there everything went smooth. I will return to this store when he is around.

Michael was very helpful in getting the tires I desired sent over to shop in a timely fashion! Jamarcuis called me with updates on the service and provided me with help to get the information I needed to process the rebate available for the tires I had purchased. I have used this location many times before with my pervious vehicle. The experience I had this time was just as it has always been, exceptional!

Great work for what they did for one of my tire. That tire air valve broke.( used the spare one). Ntb fixed it for a good cost and fast too. Love them for their service and quality.
