The service was courteous and fast.

As an out of town visitor whose husband was in the hospital, Michael Booeshagi agreed to check out my tires and find the problem with the repeated low tire pressures warning. I did not have an appointment but he worked me in as quickly as possible and fixed my tire in a timely and expertly manner. He checked all tires and patched, plugged and balanced the faulty tire. Excellent job, great price, and courteous manners of all employees!!! I was very pleased with this NTB experience.

The staff were very friendly and explained everything. The wait time was not long at all.The online process for booking any service was quick and easy. The price for the service was great compared to other places in the area.

Good price for tires and no surprises. However, three hours is longer than it should take to replace two tires, especially when we had an appointment.

Walter was friendly and very helpful. It was a very convenient visit and experience.

This location was friendly but overall not competent, they tried to tell me I add a bad lug nut and tried to charge me 90 bucks for it. Then 3 different people called me to tell me my car was ready so clear lack of communication. Although the service was cheap you do get what you pay for.

Overall good experience. I have been patronizing this particular location for years and am yet to be disappointed. Keep up the good work.

After leaving the Short Pump location l noticed that the dashboard gave me a message (in red) indicating that the air pressure in ALL four tires were off. This is the second time that I dealt with this location and probably never will again due to the inconvenience. Fortunately I was able to visit another NTB on West Broad, made the call and explained my issue to John who was able to accommodate me expeditiously. So I would give the West Broad Street Store 5 Stars...Thanks!

George was very busy yet took time to answer and explain all of my questions as if I were the only customer.

I bought 4 new tires, drove out of the parking lot and the tire pressure sensor light came on. I returned immediately to NTB (formerly Merchant's Tire). They offered to AIR UP THE BRAND NEW TIRES THEY'D JUST PUT ON. So, how much extra do I have to pay to get air in my tires when they're mounted?
