Always the best service..

As an engineer, I always follow maintenance schedules to avoid all potential mechanical problems. I didn't like the way my vehicle was performing & got mixed input from two other local shops. Took a chance on NTB and was very satisfied with the Greg Goldston, the General Manager, and the staff. I am dealing with Leukemia at this time and funds are getting tight with medical bills. I was very satisfied with both the attention to detail, the quality of the work, and the price, not the mention the speed of the repairs. Didn't think I'd get my vehicle back till the next day. Needless to say I was very happy & surprised to have gotten a call at 5 saying "your vehicle is ready for pickup"! Cheers... You gained a new customer today. r. Tim Dooley

THe guy who checked me in was great. He explained pricing and what they could do very clearly. The young lady who works there and fixed my tire was fantastic. Both of them communicated everything to me, worked quickly and did with a smile. They were great, so great that i am returning to this locatio to have additional work done.

I had come in about a month ago for an alignment which took a bit longer than I was hoping, they told me to come back if I had any problems. I scheduled an appointment to check what was going on because my wheel had turned almost 90 degrees left. They re-aligned my vehicle and fixed my issues free of charge since I had just been in less than a month ago. Great service friendly and quick!

Great service, did everything I asked and more for a fair price.

My services were completed in a timely manner, accurately, and for a far price. I was able to plug in my laptop and do my work in the lobby while waiting for my car to be serviced.

They took me in at my appointment time and was done in a reasonable time.

The associate Lynn Danilo was awesome! Went in for an emergency puncture in my tire while 6 hours away from home for business. Lynn went above and beyond to get my tire looked at and fixed quickly. She and the whole team at this location were most helpful in getting me back on the road ASAP. Lynn is great with customers and is an asset to this store and to NTB! Very satisfied customer!!!

Greg and his team are always very courteous and accommodating. I went in there today just to ask a question about scheduling some service and he said "We can get you in there right now if you want." It's always a pleasure to do business with them.
