Bill recognized the significance of my Dad's antique restored pickup and the fact that it's not driven often. He wasn't satisfied with selling me their top of the line, 18/36 month Interstate battery (an excellent battery based on my research) for what I thought was an excellent price. No, he went and found a better, Exide 18/72 month NAPA battery, had it delivered in 15 minutes for an even better price. People like this EARN my repeat business. Did forget to apply terminal protectant. I'll put grease on it like my Dad showed me.

Easy in, easy out. Cost could be a little lower, but I know you need to make money and pay employees. Can’t complain since I didn’t change the oil myself.
