Picked up a screw in my tire and stopped for repair. They took me in right away and fixed my tire as I waited. I had not been in the store in a while but he did not charge me for a fix which they usually comp for the people who purchase their tires there. He just said we hope to see you back again in the future! Excellent Salesmanship and I thanked him for his help. Very Satisfied!

I call and ask if I could get a oil change he said yes for me to come in at 3PM. I walked in and one of the technician saw me and told the Manager that was Sweeping the floor but he needs a new broom because the one that he was using the handle was too short for him but he did the job and when he saw me come over to greet me and asked me how could he help me and took care of my car

The service when I was first walked in was very quick and attentive. Even though I ended up paying more than expected, the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Although the wait time was much longer than expected it was out of NTB hands as we had a snow storm. They took care of me as fast as they could and within the time i was quoted when I checked in. Staff was very nice and explained things in detail.
