"I had an appointment for 12:30 PM this past Sunday. I brought my car in about 12:15 PM. I was called, close to 3 PM then notified that they were unable to do an oil change because my car's oil level was ""Dangerous low"" despite my car light stating it was on 15%. I was told by the young lady that it was a company policy not to do anything but send the customer on their way. I was disturbed by this response and ask if she could explain to me what was possibly going on with my car and that if it was so ""dangerous low how come they could not try to correct the problem"" and I was told by the young lady that the engine could lock up and NTB do not want to be responsible. She went on to tell me over the phone to put oil in my car when I get it back from them and that I could bring it in to NTB or someone else in a few days and they could change my oil. I asked if my car is so low on oil how could I drive it and if they could at least put some oil in it so I could do as she instruct me to do. I was not given an concrete answer. In conclusion, I felt that the two individual I came in contact with were insensitive to my dilemma and did not take into consideration that I have little knowledge of cars and I took my car to NTB whom I feel are experts, and were capable of translating what was going on in my car in a manner that I could understand and not leave me terrified to leave the lot. The young man whom gave me my keys to my car never once state that any amount of oil was placed in my car so I could leave the lot and get somewhere to replenish it enough to drive home until I could try to take it somewhere else. I even as were other services done to my car that I requested and that was the only concrete ""No"" was the only concrete answer I got . I have always had nothing but great great customer service from your establishment and even have referred at least 6 people to your establishment and they have all had great service and was met with great customer service but I feel it was not displayed on this particular time ."

1. Able to get an appointment first thing in the morning the following day. 2. Showed up early and they got started early. 3. I was not 100% sure what I was due for but they figured that out for me. 4. Waiting area was clean.

I will only return if Adrian is still at this location. I have given up going to this location. I have had so many problems with my car repairs is why I went there yesterday. Again I took my car to Lexus and they explained to me the last person working on my car really did a disservice and even the tire rotation destroyed my bolts. I walked in to meet Adrian. He was clean, professional and was very concerned regarding my problem from NTB. In my opinion he is a perfect manager. I watched him talk with customers. Every customer was his only customer. He treated everyone with respect and concerned with their car. A car is our transportation to get to and from work if it is down we are unable to go to work and make our money. NTB should have found Adrian so many years ago. My husband and I are so tired of taking our car for a simple oil change and always a huge problem at NTB until yesterday. As long as he is in charge at that location we will be there for all our service and will tell all of our friends and neighbors to visit your shop but only speak with Adrian, otherwise go somewhere else. NTB, we feel you found a diamond in the rough, don't let him go!!!
