The work was done on time as promised. Social distancing and masking wearing was enforced with not problems.

I recieved great service and great information about my vehicle and and upcoming maintenance

I found a screw in my right front tire. My tire was covered with a lifetime warranty. I was offered another tire, a better grade tire than the damaged tire. A new lifetime warranty was issued for that tire, which was an additional fee, but the tire itself was free. The tire was mounted, balanced and test driven. I'm satisfied with this service.

Richard did a good job explaining what was going on with my tire and did a good job running the front desk by himself and move cars to back to get worked on

It's hard to find an honest mechanic these days. I appreciate the honesty I've experienced at this location. So I will keep returning as long as I feel I'm not being taking advantage of

Sam the store manager always makes sure my vehicle is serviced and I don’t have to wait as long. The workers are always pleasant. I have been going here for sometime now and along as Sam is the manager I keep coming because he treats all of his customers the same from the visits I saw.

Was hesitant because of verbal communication that this was not the place o visit. Have always used the one in Bridgeton Missouri. Used this one on an emergency basis and found it to be just as consistent and friendly as the Bridgeton one
