In most places of business these days, the customer service is very poor. But, that is not the case at the Ferguson NTB location. The associates are always pleasant & professional. The work is always done quickly & I am always able to use a coupon. Much thanks to Sam Lucas who is the manager & his team.

This was my 1st time at this location. The workers were nice and the service was fast. It took about an hour to replace 2 of my tires and check the battery.

Richard Hopskin help me today and his customer service and politeness is why I chose to come 18min always from my locations. When I called he was very patient and he looked up The price and gave me what I needed. He went as far as told me to take my time and he would be here until the evening. I only came this far because it was no pressure and it seemed as if he was highly educated in the tire business. I appreciate the quality of service I received today
