Just didnt feel like they was concern about my car

Great customer service, prompt service my visit went overall exceptionally well! I will definitely visit this location again!

Tires not rotated. Wheel sensors not reset. Tire pressure not checked. Cabin filter not changed. Not pleased with service.

Customer service is terrible. I came in was told the tire would be $70, I get up there its $159 The guy Sam, never asked me what kind of tire I wanted, just out what ever he wanted on the car. Took three days to fix one tire

Wow what an amazing staff and service. I just went in for a new battery. APRIL and from staff were professional and friendly as I waited. Constant updates while wait! Friendly conversation while you wait! You can tell the staff was family impressed and will be back for friendly service April for President

I have taken my car in several times for the same problem and it it not fix.

I have been visiting this NTB for nearly 20 years. Even though I no longer live down the street, I still drive the 20 minutes. Sam and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and accommodating. Outside of the dealership, I don't trust any other store with my car and I prefer to go there rather than the dealership.

Because my tire plug was under the warranty and I wasn't even aware of it.

Very courteous and professional. Work done fast.

Front desk staff pulled my scheduled appointment, reviewed information wiih me for accuracy, all within minutes my arrival.

I was able to get my vehicle service early than my appointment.

I was most impressed with the time frame of my wait. My appointment was at 1pm within 10 min my vehicle was being worked on. I on my way out of NTB in 30 minutes.
