NTB-National Tire & Battery

Staff was was very helpful and speedy considering that I was a walk in. Staff that worked on the alignment explained everything in detail.

We've been coming here for years, and the staff always do a good job. Today, it took a bit longer than I'd hoped, but I was a walk-in (flat tire) and there were jobs ahead of me. April - as usual - greeted us like old friends and gave us several options for tire replacement once it was deemed unrepairable. Nathan also helped, answering additional questions and keeping me informed while I waited on site. Jack replaced the tire. Once it was our turn, he was quite speedy. (And the spare and tools were returned to the trunk cavity as it had come straight from the factory. Nice!) While I was waiting, Nathan cautioned me on a safety issue (the lug nuts hadn't been properly tightened on the spare), and then he and Jack also educated me on a couple things. I didn't quite understand what the extra set of lug nuts in the tire compartment was (apparently spares from when Dealer must have added a locking nut). And there was a tool with the jack, we were unfamiliar with (tow hook). So I got my car fixed as well as some owner education and great customer service. Thanks!

April was amazing as always. She is this store’s and company’s most important asset. She is always so warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. She always goes above and beyond for her customers, she is always so opening to anyone who walks through the door no matter what. She always makes me feel like family every time I come in, which is why I will follow to her to any location she is at and will not let anyone but her take care of my services.

I came in needing patch for a tire because there was a screw in it. I came in at 7:30pm and they were able to fix the tire. I really appreciate the extra effort by everyone to get me back on the road. Thank you so much.
