April Lerma is a great manager, treats customers well

In store service was very good. However, the on-line appointment system allowed me to schedule an appointment before the store received the tires that were going to be installed. Had to re-schedule.

The employees I interacted with were very professional and courteous and the work was completed properly.

Had a long wait, about 4 hours to replace 4 tires and alignment. But service was very friendly and professional. Prices were very reasonable. Overall very happy with NTB.

April is fun and attentive to all the customers.

The tech didn't know how to install wiper blades. Would walk away to talk to other techs, he had no desire to do my service quickly. It took close to two hours for an oil change.

The service and communication from April and the techs were amazing!!!! They took great care of me and the cars issue!!! I am a solid customer for sure!!! Great job guy's!!!

Had an appt. At 10:30am and they were late getting started.I advised them I was in a hurry, but it didn't matter.

The co manager and staff are great! They have also retained the same manager and staff for a while which is most helpful! Manager is great! She goes above and beyond!

Usually when I set up an appointment that means that Im going to get helped within that time period. I waited an hour and a half before they even took my vehicle in. Thats ridiculous I might as well have just done a walk in

From the front counter service to the guys taking of my oil change was very professional & did a lot for me

1) They put a wrong mileage reading in the system. The correct one should be 93630 rather than 97532. I don't know how I can change it back with CARFAX.2) They didn't rotate the tires as what they promised. After I discovered and pointed this out, they admitted and did it. Their excuse was the tires wore evenly, so no need to be rotated. The fact is the tires had run about 7k miles without rotation. At least, I think they should discuss it with me instead of telling me a wrong information.

April was very friendly and informative about the next steps for my vehicle maintenance

All the employees were fun, friendly, helpful and fast. April and crew were able to answer my questions. I'll remember to use NTB for my future inspections because of the easy and trust I felt.
