The store opened short one tech. I was worried that even though I had an appointment, it would be a long wait While waiting on line Kiana remembered and acknowledged me which was a pleasant surprise. She remained calm and was upfront with each customer about the delay. My car was taken back and done on a timely fashion. Kiana is a valuable representative of NTB.

My service advisor at Mazda, Cynthia Ramirez, always takes excellent care of my automobile needs, and she gives the best customer service. She is the best, and I always ask for her when I bring my car to Mazda for service. Cynthia is super sweet, and is very knowledgeable about the automobile services she providesI bought 4 new tires from NTB, and the service advisors, Joe Frank and Brian, provided excellent customer service, and gave my a great deal on my new tires!
