we had an unexpected tire issue - the car was vibrating all over the place, after I had just had a nail removed. We were traveling for the holidays and wanted my family to be safe- we pulled in on Christmas Eve- 30 mins before closing! And William Patterson helped us- I know they all wanted to leave for the holidays, but they stayed and fixed my car! the tire was a full ounce off balance so the team re-balanced it and took great care of us. I couldn't believe they helped us with minutes left before closing. William could have easily told us "no" - and I would have completely understood. Instead, he was kind, caring, thoughtful, and helpful - an amazing experience!! Well done!!
