Went it to take advantage of a tire sale. Tires were ordered and I picked up the next day. Don't need tires yet, but manager put a note to install at later date, when needed, etc.

Great service and much quicker than dealership.

Had two popped tires and car needed to be towed in. We called and they told us our options and the timeframe to fix. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Even completed the work earlier than expected.

Very easy to make a convenient appointment. Vicki was helpful recommending tires over the phone. They were taking great measure to ensure social distancing. All staff were wearing masks and gloves. They put plastic over the steering wheel and seat. Much appreciated in these times!

Good communication. Polite. A nice area to use as a desk while I waited if I wanted to. I like the separate area with the TV and desk area from where the customers enter and cash out. A vending machine and maybe a loveseat or couch in the area would be nice additions

Amazing crew and staff. Will be sad to see them leave. We love coming to this location. It is in walking distance of the house.

I went to Kirkwood location. They were short staffed this morning, but I told them I had to be in Chicago in a few hours and had an emergency tire issue. John H. Got to my issue immediately to get me out as quickly as possible. He quoted me 30 minutes but Maurice serviced my vehicle and had me out in about 15. They were extremely friendly and provided excellent customer service to make sure I could get to my destination on time and safely. Excellent customer service. I will be back for any needs I have in the future.
