They were amazing from when I dropped off the night before to the day of pickup. They were friendly and polite. They were quick, fast, and friendly.

Oil Change and Tire Rotation together coupon. They didnt do the tire rotation. Only realized cause wasnt on my invoice....Called them and they lied to me and said it was done. But my Jeep has tire pressure reading by tire...and it hadnt changed from before service and it should have with rotation of tires. As one tire is/was little low.

Most of my satisfaction is due to JOSH the store manager. He was very honest about what I needed / didn't need. He did everything he said he would in the time he said he would - He was ready to take my car in immediately at my 9am appt, checked the issues I had with my brakes, determined I didn't need brakes for some time and had me on the road quickly. I have been doing business with NTB for decades - Josh is the most competent person I have dealt with there - often the associates are not knowledgeable and they turn over frequently. Great Josh is there as a steady positive performer

Your people were friendly and interested in getting my business . Offering tire in the price range I was interested in close the deal.
