I feel bad I don’t remember her name but the young girl at the front desk was super friendly and came out to give me an update while I was waiting. Her star customer service is why I will be returning for future work I need done.

The work was done in a timely manner. Checking in and out was also quick. They offer a lot of automotive services.

Great service. Mechanics know what they are doing and let you know the status of the work being done. The manager is extremely helpful and goes out if the way to ensure you are satisfied with the service being provided. The front desk person is extremely efficient and friendly.

Sales associates and technicians were friendly and understanding. They fixed the puncture and did not try to sell me new tires. My dog liked them very much.

I brought in my Mini Cooper for a flat run flat tire. There tire was very difficult to locate and the associate - Haley Allis - went above and beyond to find the tire, pick it up and install it. I expected that I would simply be sent somewhere else when I asked it they had my tire - as it is rare. They made me very comfortable in the waiting room and kept me updated all during my visit. Karen was another associate that went above and beyond. She was consistently updating me on the progress of my car. Also, when I had to take a call during the end of my service, she politely placed a note in front of me to let me know my car was finished and she would be ready when I was. The manager also let me borrow her phone charger so that I could continue to be productive during my inopportune and unplanned tire emergency. My only suggestions are to improve the cleanliness of the restroom and allow the TV channel to change so that I did not have to endure Jerry Springer and Maury Povich. Overall, a great resolution to my unforeseen circumstances.

Staff stayed late to complete the work on my vehicle. It was more completed then expected and they worked hard to complete it.
